I have joined the Demography and Economics department at Ined to work on gender career inequalities within firms. 
I hold a Ph.D in Ecomics from the Paris School of Economics/EHESS, realized under the supervision of Julien Grenet. The focus of my thesis was on policy tools aimed at improving social and gender diversity in higher education as well as to better understand the barriers to entry into the higher education system. 
Research interests : Economics of Education, Gender Equality, Applied Econometrics, Textual Analysis.
